Zayna "Levi, how could you?!" I screamed again. I threw the papers at his chest in anger and pain. They fell to the ground, front side up, and the words stood out. Leon and Miranda Beckle Death Summary: The two formerly named Rebels were caught among the group attending Levi Beckett's Rebellion Mission. When militia arrived on scene, the operatives scattered. Leon and Miranda Beckle ran into a building, following several other, including the main leaders of the mission. Luckily, the Rebels abandoned one another, leaving the Beckles surrounded and on their own by guards. They were then offered the choice to surrender or die. After attempting to run, they were gunned down. "I'm sorry your parents died at my rally Zayna, I am. But it wasn't my fault! I did not point the guns at them. I did now pull the trigger!" Levi yelled back. "You abandoned them, Levi. Your people needed you and you ran!" My face was red with anger, my eyes filled with tears. "No! I went for reinforcement," Levi seethed. "I came back, too. And I got caught. I got thrown in jail and tortured for five years!" "And I lost my family," I whispered. I fell against a wall and buried my head in my hands, letting the tears run free, the emotions enclose around me. "I'm sorry you lost your parents Zayna.." Levi replied. "But I won't apologize for what I did. I know I did the right thing."
My eyes popped open and I sat up quickly from my cot. Girls were wandering around, getting ready for a new day. I looked around, choked up, and tried to keep the tears from coming to my eyes. That had happened six months ago, and yet I thought about it every day. I felt in my pocket and grabbed the wrinkled, folded up piece of paper that was always with me. I opened it up carefully and read it again. It was one of the sheets from my parents records, the ones I had stolen from the prison so long ago. I had always wondered how my parents died and now I knew.
I leaned against my pillow and thought back to the past couple of months. So much had changed. After leaving the prison, it had burn to the ground. Rhys and I traveled long and far to Reverand to meet Levi. We finally found one another and had a big reunion. Later that same night, I sat down and started going through the files I had stolen from the prison. That's when I read how my parents had died. I was crushed, devastated, and emotional. I pounced on Levi, screaming at him, blaming him for ruining my life. We didn't speak for months.
During that time, we traveled down to a rebel camp in Nevada, where Levi's uncle was a head leader. Levi and I were operated on, my heart and his soul put back in their rightful place, and completely freed of the Wisps. We were put on bed rest in order to heal our physical and emotional wounds and to also be checked out for liability reasons.
About a week ago, I finally came to my senses, and realized what a mistake I was making by blaming Levi for my parents' deaths. Needless to say, we reconciled our relationship and have been pretty close since. Today, though, was the first day off our bed rest. We were now officially part of this rebel camp and trusted completely. Today we were expected to go to training to meet with other rebels and to reinstate our fighting abilities. I was actually looking forward to it.
I smiled, pushing away all thoughts of these past six months, and sprang up from my cot. I quickly got dressed in a tank top, pants, and combat boots, and put my knives in their rightful places. I sighed in contentment and then walked out of the girls' dorms to go start my training.
((Haha I gave you like nothing to work with yet. Sorry))

((Gosh... This is gonna be hard to start.... Hmmmmm....... Oh Lord lol))
Levi
"Levi, up and at 'em!" A voice jeered at me, standing out specifically from the rest of the bustling in the mens' barracks. Nobody had to tell me twice, I was already wide awake and prepared for the day. After months of 'bed rest' enforced by my Uncle Silas, the commander here at the rebel camp in Nevada, I was more than ready for some much awaited action. Ever since the big prison break nearly six months ago things had been much different. After a long and confusing debate, some of the rebel doctors had finally figured out how to put my soul back in its rightful place.
With everything almost back to normal, all that was left was for me to rest up and let some wounds heal. I think mostly they wanted to let me clear out my head and make sure I was okay to go back into battle after all I'd suffered in the last few years in prison. It would make since for me to run off and hide after being arrested for being in the rebellion and taken into prison to be subject to all kinds of torture, but really all that ever did was fuel my fire for some revenge and now the day had come. Today was my first day back in action, and I guess back to the beginning really, and that beginning would be a day full of training to meet up with my new team and get back to the basics that make up our fighting skills.
I tugged on my boots over my pants and laced them up before slipping into a t-shirt. I stood, leaving my bed how it was, they weren't exactly strict about housekeeping here, and ran a hand through my tousled black hair. Inhaling a little bit to prepare myself, I left the barracks with determination in my stride and a grin on my face.

Zayna I grinned as I walked out of the girls dorm and into the sunlight. People wandered around, laughing and talking. There was no fear here. I was actually.. Safe.
The thought of that mAde me feel determined. Everyone should always be able to have that feeling. And the Rebellion was trying to accomplish just that. In that moment, I realized I was proud to be a rebel. Just like my parents.
I started walking through te people, ducking in and out of them quite easily. As I neared the training center I saw a dark haired guy with a confident strut walking to it also. I smiled as I recognized Levi.
"Levi!" I called out. "Levi!" I ran toward him, my hair falling into my face.

The hot, Nevada sun shone down on my shoulders the moment I walked out of the door. The busyness of the camp and people bustling everywhere spurred my excitement and I smiled for a moment, knowing that this was where I belonged and for the millionth time I was thankful for being brought back. The crowds shifted and moved like fluid, allowing me to slice through on my way to the training center. The gates were wide open and several new recruits were pouring in. Out of all of them I noticed one girl with black hair and bright green eyes shining running toward me. "Levi!" She shouted excitedly. "Levi!" I waved at her with a smile. I'd hardly talked to her at all since our reunion. She'd found some files about her parents death, and found out that they'd died at the same riot I'd been arrested in because of one of the many mistakes I'd made that night. She was completely torn, and there was nothing I could do to help her because she blamed me entirely for it. About a week ago though, she came to me and said she realized it wasn't completely my fault. Since then we'd patched up our friendship and been pretty tight in the last few days leading up to training. "Zayna!" I exclaimed back. Holding my hand up for a high five. "Are you ready to get this party started?"

Zayna I laughed as I had to jump up to meet Levi's hand for a high five.
"Completely!" I replied. "It'll be fun, and beneficial, to be trained.. Or re-trained in your case."
Technically, I had never been tought to fight or defend myself. I had to rely on myself to learn all that when I was in prison. Guards were always trying to take advantage of the smallest, 'weakest' girl so I had been put in situations where I had to react quickly. It taught me a few tricks but nothing compared to what others, like Levi, knew.

Levi "Well, I am a little rusty." I admit with a shrug and a slight grin. I kept thinking back to the days Zayna and I had spent in the wilderness trying to outrun the prison guards that were set on us like bloodhounds to fulfill a death sentence. I'd done whatever I could to make sure we got out of there alive, but compared to Zayna I must've looked like a trained killer. I knew all too well though that my act had gotten sloppy. That was how if gotten arrested in the first place- too many mistakes. But now I was here to set myself straight and get back on track. We were in war, and I wanted to fight. "So are you ready to go meet the rest of our team?" I ask curiously. We didn't really know who we'd be paired up with yet, but today we were gonna find out.

Zayna I shrugged, a bit doubtful. I wasn't too good at making friends. People always underestimated me because of my size. "I think I'm just ready to prove people wrong. Ever since we've first got here, people keep looking at me like I'm.. Meat or something," I confessed.

Levi "I'm sure you'll prove them wrong." I tell her with a grin. "But we should probably go ahead and find them, it'd be terrible to be late on the first day."

Zayna I laughed. "Let's get going then," I said, running ahead of him into the training base.

Levi Zayna took off ahead of me but I was hot on her heels. We made it into the training center and looked around for our team. There under a sign marked 'Charlie Team, Third Division' were our new battle buddies and teammates. My grin faltered a little bit when the gaze was immediately drawn to my two cousins, Cameron and Xade. Cameron turned, her dark pixie cut tousled and falling into her face, she swooped it out of her pale blue eyes and keyed in on me. I barely heard her disgustedly mutter the words 'Oh no...' before rolling her eyes. I didn't return the gesture, but I sighed inwardly. I guess you could say my family reunion after getting back to camp was bitter-sweet. My Uncle Silas and Aunt Kristen had been overjoyed, it was so good to see them again after years of separation. However, Cameron had turned a cold shoulder, childhood jealousy still getting the best of her. But my older cousin Xade was faking a warm acceptance, much like he was now. "Levi! Hey! Nice... Nice... Uh, who's the girl?" He asked spying me and then shifting his focus to Zayna.

Zayna I faltered in my steps when I saw a sign in te training center marked "Charlie Team, Third Division". Under it were four people. Our new team. A friendly face upon all the new people wouldve been a welcoming sight but when I looked over them, no one looked too friendly. Two guys and one girl, all looking menencing, and lethal. I stopped cold when one of them stepped up to Levi. Without even realizing it, I ducked behind him a bit, my confidence shaken.
"I'm Zayna Beckle," I told the guy who stepped out. His hair was tousled and his eyes semi-cold. "And you are..?"

Levi "I'm Xade, Levi's cousin. Well... It's nice to meet you all. And this is my sister-" "Cameron." She interjected sharply. She half smiled at Zayna in a way that looked more like a cross between a smirk and a sneer. "Hi." I frowned and side stepped a little so Zayna was next to me instead of somewhat behind me. I looked at another guy who was standing with them, he wasn't familiar. "What's your name?" I ask him with a kind of forced grin. This wasn't going as well as I thought. Being on a team with my spiteful cousins was already bad enough but there was also this guy who looked a little bit like he wanted to kill everyone here. I was really hoping for some good news soon.

Zayna My eyes shifted from Levi's cousins to the guy behind them.
"Isaac," he said quietly, a threatening tone to his voice.
"Nice to meet you all," I said slowly. I looked at Levi's grim expression and realized he was very unhappy with our team. It sparked a bit of resentment inside if me and I cleared my throat and stood up straighter. "What's all your specialties?"
"I'm an escape artist. I'm the one you'll send into the dangerous places because I can get out like its nothing," Isaac explained bluntly. I nodded slowly, waiting for the others to answer.

Levi "I'm kind of the muscle for the group. Heavy weapons, fist fighting, moving things, that's me." Xade explained. He was a large and muscular guy, with buzzed black hair and a look that said he could move mountains if he wanted to.
"What's yours?" Cameron spouted, avoiding the question and turning it on Zayna. She cocked an eyebrow and waited for an answer.
