Echo moaned and got out of bed, heading down to the living room. Whether or not she got her pill was up to earth - she wasn't about to go get it. She didn't want it. She looked out the window and looked at the new arrivals, sighing. She felt bad for them, but then again, maybe they'd get transferred.
Adrian walked down the stairs, "good morning sunny," he smiled as he passed her, "want a ride downstairs?" Sometimes he would give her piggy back rides if she was in a bad mood, hoping to cheer her up.
Peter sat in the car, looking out the window as it neared the freak house. Hopefully this would be the last one in a long time. He didn't feel like getting transferred again.

Coley woke up and practically flew down the stairs, greeting Hope with a big smile before heading to the living room, plopping next to Echo and flinging her arms around her. "GOOD MORNING!" She hollored, still clothed her pajamas, her curls all matted from her bed head. A lot of the older kids dreaded every morning, but the freak house was the only life Coley had ever known.
Walker was shaking as the driver pulled up to a house. He started to panic as the diver put the car in a park and jumped out of the car. He was afraid and confused. He didn't quite understand where he was or what was going on. The driver opened his door and didn't even wait for Walker to move, grabbing his tiny arm and lugging him out onto the driveway. Walker clutched his bag close to him as tears welled in his eyes.

Sunny was still staring after the guy who'd bumped into her, thinking, "You're excused" irritability when she heard Adrian come up behind her. She turned to look at him, a tiny grin starting to appear on her face. "Morning! I'll take a ride, but only if you insist!"

Adrian laughed and picked her up, putting her on his back. He took her downstairs, "where to, ma'am?"
Echo smiled, hugging the girl close, "good morning! How did you sleep!"

Sunny laughed in delight, her arms around Adrian's neck as he carried her downstairs. "Hmmmm..." she trailed off, holding her hands up to her eyes like they were binoculars and looking around, "I'm hungry!"

Najden walked down the staircase, skirting around the other nearby freaks. Laughter and conversation bubbled all around, but he mostly ignored it. Just ahead of him, that girl Sunny was getting a piggy-back ride. "Do you want to fall down the stairs?" he muttered under his breath.

He laughed, "to the kitchen then!" He walked into the kitchen, "what do you want?"

Sunny grinned from where she was perched on Adrian's back. "Anything is good! Well, maybe not anything. Like green beans. Green beans are gross," she told him, making a face.

Najden wandered into the kitchen, figuring he'd grab something before it got too crowded. He dodged around Sunny and Adrian and opened a cabinet, peering inside at its contents.
Jayna hovered outside the freak house with the other newcomers, waiting to be allowed inside. They were probably busy, she guessed, preparing for them. Or perhaps they just weren't all that eager to have them, and wanted to make sure she and the other new freaks knew it. In the meantime, though, Jayna decided to try to enjoy being outside, despite the slight foulness of the air. It was Chicago, after all.

"Okay!" Sunny climbed down, giving Adrian a big grin and a thumbs up. "That sounds good!" she replied, as someone else - what was his name, Najden? - walked past them. Distracted, she glanced over at him for a second, then walked up behind him as he looked through one of the cabinets. "I'll get us some cereal!" she called back to Adrian, then looked up at the other guy. "Hey! Are you looking for cereal too? Do ya think there's any Lucky Charms?"

Najden made an annoyed noise in the back of his throat, then turned to see the little girl who was talking to him. "Ah...." Najden stared down at her for a moment, unsure how to react. After a moment he just reached up, grabbed the mostly-empty Lucky Charms box and silently handed it to her.

Lucia was still gripping her brother's arm tightly, she was always a little nervous when she met new people. Lukas on the other hand was trying to extract himself from her grasp. The twins waited with the rest of the newcomers, Lucia used her long blonde hair to hide her face.
