Freak House, OG style

Name: Echo Elizabeth Smith
Nickname: Ekkie, Smith, Smithy, anything really
Gender: Female
Age: Seventeen
Powers: Controls fire, Can turn invisible and her eyes change color based on her emotions
Personality: Echo has a fiery personality. Echo likes to think plans through, not just move forward with half thought through plans, but don’t be mistaken, she usually acts rashly, shooting first and then asking questions later. Her powers aren't necessarily controlled by emotions, but they definitely play a role in them, so she tries to stay cool and collected, but watch out-- she's got a temper if you really piss her off. She’s wary of other students, but is willing to get to know them. Echo has a sarcastic personality, and her remarks are usually what pisses people off and gets her in trouble.
History: Echo was abandoned at birth. She has no clue who her parents are or were, and has no idea where she was originally from. She grew up in the London freak house, and from there was sent to many different ones, many in which no English was spoken (Which was where she learned to speak the other languages that she does.) She was sent to other places for many stupid reasons, in her opinion at least, the most ridiculous of which was when she was younger. She hadn't quite learned to control her powers. She sneezed and set the cat on fire, which landed her in the Berlin freak house. She was sent to many other houses before reaching this one.
Looks:
Other: From England and still has her accent. She can speak English and Spanish, and a little of Italian, French and German, thanks to being jumbled from freak house to freak house. Her and Hope are twins who were separated at birth, but neither of them know. She has picture of her sister and a locket (that contained the pictures of a man and a woman – she assumes they are her parents) that she was given by a stranger when she was five years old and still in the London Freak House.



Name: Peter O’Hara
Nickname: Nah man
Gender: Male
Age: Seventeen
Powers: Can control plants and has the ability to absorb other’s powers/power cancellation
Personality: Peter loves to joke around and have fun. He always tries to find the silver lining of a situation, and loves to make people smile and laugh, but he knows how to be serious when the time is right. He tries to help people as much as he can, and will feel bad if he can't help or make others feel better. He tries not to absorb other's powers, because it really ends up hurting them physically after he's done taking them. He is calm, cool and collected, always one to think things through rather than just do it. He's aware of consequences and tries to avoid them at all costs, however, Peter isn't a pushover. If you piss him off, he will fight back.
History: Peter was born in Ireland. He lived in the countryside with his parents, and they let him play outside a lot. When he was three, he was caught making plants grow in his mother's garden. They shipped him off. Peter was too young to understand what was happening then, he just assumed he was going on a holiday or something. But after being shipped to three other freak houses besides the Dublin one, he realized his fate.

Name: Adrian Thorne
Nickname: Nahhh
Gender: Male
Age: Seventeen
Powers: Controls time and Darkness
Personality: Despite having darkness around him, Adrian isn’t a dark person. His personality is the opposite of his power, a light in the darkness. He is almost always smiling or laughing, even when things get tough. Adrian is a caring person, willing to put himself in danger in order to make sure others won’t face it. He’s pretty over protective of the people that he is close to.
History: Adrian was born in the small town of Malnati, Italy. When he was young, darkness followed him everywhere he went, and everyone knew. It wasn't long (he was four, in fact) before he learned to control his powers. His parents caught him playing with an orb of black light, and sent him straight to the freak house in Rome. He's been in the system ever since, bouncing around to one home after another.
Looks:
Other: Is from Italy. Fluent in English and Italian, though some of the English idioms are lost on him
