Peony giggled a bit. The nymphs started to circle him, looking him over. One reached out to touch his clothing, another his hair. They were just curious little things.
Luna stood up, stretching out and letting her joints pop satisfyingly. "Come on, Cero. To the kitchen we go," she mused as she waited for him to stand so she should take his hand.
"I'm glad I listened to the others to go find your cabin,' he replied with a big smile on his face. it really had been the ebst thing ever.

Jasper smiled and held up his notepad to Peont. “What are they doing?”
Cero smiled and stood, holding out his hand for her to take.
Vixi grinned and pressed a kiss to his cheek. “I’m glad you did too. Without you, I might not have ever gotten out of here.”

Peony giggled a bit. "They are just looking you over. They want to inspect you, I guess. They don't see a lot of men or people from the city." One of the nymphs ran her hands through Cero's hair and another ran her hands on his back. The little witch was trying to not look like she was getting jealous of all their touching.
Luna took his hands easily. She lead the way into the kitchen and started to look for what they had. "How does.. sandwiches sound? We could make some fresh bread for that. Or we could have a soup and bread.. What sounds better?"
"I'm sure you would have figured out how to get out of here. You are smart and determined." Eric had confidence she would have gotten out of the woods one day.

Jasper let them do as they pleased, although it made him a teeny bit uncomfortable. He noticed Peony’s displeasure and shot her a smile, hoping it would calm her down.
“Soup and bread sounds good,” Cero told her. “Although I’m not sure what I could do to help with that.”
Vixi shook her head. “I don’t think so. I might talk a big game, but if it would have hurt Luna, or Peony... I would have stayed. But now that they each have someone else to spend time with...”

Peony saw the smile but it didn't ease her jealousy at all. She huffed a bit. "Okay. That's enough touching. You're making him uncomfortable," she said, shooing them. The nymphs giggle as they let him go.
"Well, you can help me with the bread of course. You can mix and knead it," Luna said as if it were obvious, "I need your expert skills in that area." She could chop and all that but the bread could be all done by him.
"That they do. So maybe you came come into town more.. Come see me adn stay at Gran's. She would love to have another girl around."

Jasper smiled and held a note out of for her. "You know, just because they touch me a little doesn't mean I won't like you anymore."
Cero chuckled, "My expert skills, huh? Well, I'll do my best. You'll just have to guide me a bit."
Vixi nodded eagerly, latching onto his arm. "I'd really really love that!"

Peony pouted at the note. "I never thought that," she mumbled like a jealous child. Of course she did. She thought a nymph might steal him away from her.
"I can do that. I'll measure the stuff out but I'm going to let you do all the hard stuff," Luna mused to him, happy to see him smiling about all this.
"Well, then just remember that there is always room at our house for you. So if you ever want to come out, you can."

Jasper grinned and wrapped his arm around her shoulder, pulling her against his side. He couldn't write when he was holding her this way, but that was okay.
"Oh, I see how it is," he chuckled. "You just don't want to do any of the dirty work."
Vixi smiled widely and kissed his cheek. "You're the best!"

Peony was still pouting a little. She looked up at him with big eyes. "Are you sure they couldn't sway you? They always tell me that they can have any guy they want."
"you caught me. I just don't wan to get flour all over myself," Luna teased, happy to see him happy about all this.
"I try," Eric mused, "I'm happy that you think so. I'm trying to be for you."

Cero shook his head and chuckled. "I knew it."

Peony blushed a bit as she hugged him close. "okay.. Good. I would hate to lose you."
"Just give me a few moments to measure it all out and you can mix it and then get all flour covered and sticky," Luna mused as she grabbed a bowl and started to gather all the things she needed for him.
"Nah. You are just too sweet," Eric mused to her, "You just don't see all the bad stuff because you like me so much."

Jasper ruffled her hair gently, wishing for just a moment that he could verbally promise her that he wasn't going anywhere. Something about writing just didn't seem to be getting his point across.
Cero nodded and waited for her. "Hey... If we break this spell... Will you teach me how to cook and stuff?"
Vixi blushed, a huge smile on her face. "There's nothing bad about you, Eric."

Peony kept close to him, not wanting to let him go. "You'd let me know if you were unhappy, right?"
Luna smiled at the thought. "When we break this spell, sure. I will teach you all kinds of things to cook." She was serious about it all. They were going to break this.
"Sure there is," Eric said, "Everyone has flaws. me included. There are mad things I'm just good at hiding them."

Peony looked up at him, wanting to make sure. "okay. As long as you are sure," she said, hugging him again, squeezing him just a little to make sure he was real.
"Well, I'm glad to be around," Luna mused, "I've tried to teach my sisters but I think they've outgrown me teaching them. That, or they are better at this than I am."
Eric chuckled at her. "Oh Vixi. You are just too sweet," he mused, "You can't even see the problems with me." It was cute the way she saw all the good. Eric knew he wsn't great but he tried.
