"Neither do I..." He trailed off and then left, going into his room. He was talking about the hats again, and he had left the door open just enough to see a sliver of the array of hats he had strewn about the room.

Alice enteted her room and began to survey the surroundings. Her room was quite large, and tidy. That wouldn't last long however. She smiled, admiring the view of the courtyard she had

"Thinking about all the piece and quiet you'll have?" Ches suddenly appeared on the bed, lying on his back, legs crossed, hands behind his head and tail flicking about. "Not with the loony bin next door you won't."

She jumped at his voice, and glared "he's not loony Ches and you know it." She scolded, moving toward her bed "and if anyone is interrupting my quiet it's you."

Che's grinned and said with a flick of the tail, "oh come on now, don't be rude, after all, I'm your guest." He gave her a toothy grin.

He flipped over onto his stomach, his tail switching back and forth lazily on the air as he looked at her, chin propped up on his hands. "It's not matter, I'm not here for a visit. The white queen wants to see you for your dress fitting. Come now," he disappeared, only to reappear by the door. "Hurt up."

Ches had disappeared in the hallway, only to reappear, this time, behind her. "Who are you calling a flea bag?" He said in her ear, laughed his cat-like laugh, then appeared in front of her again.

She wiped her head around to find him, only to be face to face with him again. "Really? Stop being an ass eh?" She laughed nervously, before trying to walk by him
