The carriage came to the stop as robin approached the driver and began to ask questions about who was inside and if they may tell their fortunes. The driver looked back, and prince John opened the door, to talk to them.
Robin led, talking to the prince about letting them do his their fortunes. Prince John finally agreed, against the driver's advice, and let him into the large carriage. Little John stayed outside to save space for the most part, and find a way to delay the carriage if something went wrong and they needed to get away.

Little John continued talking to the driver outside. He couldn't exactly fit inside.
Maiden Marian watched the man come inside, paying close attention to what he said

Robin spent enough time distracting little John to slip a few items worth value into his bag and pockets, and then convinced the prince to let him and maid Marian talk alone in the carriage.

((Yeah, they grew up together)) Robin gave a small grin and said, "you don't have to be so formal. It's just me."

Maiden Marian grinned "still. I'm so used to it." She scooted over on her bench. "Sit. I'm sure Little John is keeping my uncle occupied."

"You bet he is," robin said with a grin as he moved to sit next to her. "Think he can see through the stunt?"

"He may be royalty, but let's say he's not the brightest." Marian smiled wide. "Of course he believes you."

Robin grinned and just looked at her for a while. "It's been...a while, hasn't it?"

Marian smiled genuinely. "To long if you ask me."

"But I suppose your uncle wouldn't like for you to run off to come see an outlaw, would he?" Robin said with a slight, sad smile.

Maiden Marian frowned, and put a hand on his knee assuringly. "Uncle doesn't have to know." She said with a smile. "I'd just have to return of course."

Robin gently took her hand off his knee and kissed the top of it. "You wouldn't...have to return," He said with a grin and a wink, and then said, "You must know why johnny and I are here though, yes? This coach is carrying a lot of money." He said and then gave her a grin, "I should get back to work."

Marian gave a laugh. "I assumed. You always leave me with the cleanup my dear. What am I to tell my uncle when he notices that half the money we were carrying is gone?"
