Jewel- I sat still, waiting while for my idiotic "other half" to finish in the knives throwing station. He was from my district, he was a career like me, but boy could he grate my every nerve.
Alice- I glanced over at the guy from district five, biting my lip. I took a deep breath, I'd learned how to fight, how to kill, and how to stay alive. I hadn't, however, learned how to deal with a crush.
Jake- I grinned at Katie, "You're pretty good with an Axe right?" I asked
Harvard- I adjusted my glasses on my head, swallowing hard and straining as I tried to lift a spear properly.

I finished throwing the knife, hitting the spot, as usual. Throwing knives were my thing, obviously, I turned and looked at the other tribute from my district with a sour puss on her face. I walked over and shook my head "lighten up darling. We're stuck together another week before we can kill each other."
Katie
I grinned wide, eyeing the ax that was on the rack. "Absolutely. Why?"
Charlotte
I absentmindedly attempted to start a fire, waiting for my other tribute to be done what he was doing.

Jewel- I gave him a sweet smile, "Can't wait!" I said in an overly perky voice, then shot daggers at him through my eyes. I went into the station, throwing my knives. Normally I was the best, I never missed a target, but he'd taken the fun out of it, the thrill of knowing I was the best.
Jake- I grinned, "Don't show them, not yet, but once we get into the arena... That's what we'll do." I said quietly.
