A doctor hands a young sickly young woman a vile; the first of many that he and millions of other doctors would hand out to man and woman alike. It was for a man made virus that infected 7 billion people in the time period of a year and a half. Everyone was infected and dying so quick that doctors were scrambling, but unable to cure it. The only people not infected were those who had not hit puberty yet, it was strange. People believe different things, but we know it was a dirty trick the government did to change the world. On the first day of the second year a cure was found.
Now we think that this cure had been known all along, and sure. It did wipe out the infection, but at that point people were so desperate for the cure that they did not look into the consequences. Once the infection was gone people noticed no new babies were being born. This cure had killed the ability to reproduce and the human race was in jeopardy, except this was the goal of the government. Wipe out the human race. Many theories sparked along with this as to why the government would do this. Some people think it was just on accident.
One man named Robert Green saw the next part coming, the children who had not ever drank from the vile that was filled with this 'cure' were going to be exterminated because in a few years time they would be able to reproduce. He was the only one who had any sense to think ahead and outsmarted the government before they could kill off the future of the entire world. A few months before the government began this genocide, Robert kidnapped children all under the age of 12 who had not hit puberty and took them somewhere where he believed the government would never find them. It was basically an underground mansion. It had everything the kids needed and one single entrance and exit where stuff could be brought in.
As the kids were kept in, outside the government had begun their strike, killing these children who would be able to reproduce. They were all gone so quickly that no one had time to stop them. This only took about 6 months.
About 6 years have passed and the population is decreasing as elders die and others die. Now they are at a small 6.5 billion people when their used to be almost 9 billion. The government has finally realized what they have done, some wish to change it, some wish to leave it. Except, they have no way until a young woman discovers a hole in the ground where oxygen enters for the mansion. Now the government knows and different people want these children for different reasons.

This role play is semi futuristic, assuming it takes place at about 2087. All characters will be educated and MILDLY weapon trained. They do not really know why they were kidnapped and put here. It is an enjoyable place though. They have internet, TV's video games, toys, their own rooms. Robert Green was a nice a guy who cares about them and the world.
Do not feel like rules so follow all basic guidelines that you guys know how to follow.

History: She has always been an orphan. In fact, Robert gave her the name Chiper before he figured out she was actually a girl. He then decided she made a cute Cody.
